This machine is simply ok, right out of the box it looks great untill you go to bolt it together, and you realize that 2 of the 4 leg bolt holes dont line up.Build quality is alright, but after its done and you get on it, the arms just dont feel right, an extremely awkward workout, so we took the arms off and it seemed to work.I am 6' 2" and my wife is 5' 10" and it was awkward for her as well.So i would say go to the store and find a machine that you like, that has a good feel and go from there!
