Package arrived undamaged.Curbside delivery, but driver carried it to garage.
Took a couple of evenings to assemble.Typical weakly written instructions.It is helpful to have some basic mechanical skills.No extra parts, but also all listed parts were there.
(16) step installation process.No issues except with a few steps.
Step 1 - Had to burnish out the two holes on the front stabilizer so bolts would clear (over-weld).
Step 7 - Says (3) sets of parts when it is really (4) sets of parts.
Step 8 - Seat Back Pivot Cover was already installed.
Step 9 - Be very careful tightening these screws to avoid stripping.Screws go into an unusual gripping bolt.
Step 12 - Says (4) sets of parts when it is really (6) sets of parts.
Seems to be a relatively solid and heavy-duty exercise bike that should hold up well.Time will time.
