You'll need your own tools but goes together quickly by yourself. I was missing 2 nuts from the packet of supplies (for the lock bars over the weight bar) so I contacted Bayou directly online. They were very apologetic/professional and shipped 'em out ASAP.

While Olympic benches are considered the norm to most individuals performing strength training routines, a mid width bench is often sufficient and even preferred for some users due to its low center of gravity and more compact nature. A great option in the mid-width category is the EF-4420. This combines the variety of exercises available on a flat and incline bench with all the additional benefits of an adjustable rack. It also includes an adjustable preacher pad and dual use leg developer with a standard size (1) weight post. The reversible uprights in the rack feature four vertical positions as a press station as well as the ability to switch the uprights around for use as a short squat stand as well. The included safety hooks attach to the uprights for increased security. These crutches allow users to perform a variety of presses, lifts and squats on the EF-4420 with some of the safety of a spotter when assistance is not available.
