(More customer reviews)The first one we ordered came damaged.The plastic on the right of the belt was damaged.We finally got a replacement (takes about 10 days) and then that one worked for a day and then just stopped working.It happened during a run - the whole thing turned off.Now we are on our 3rd one and it has been running smoothly since.Not sure if I would order a treadmill online again.The savings is enticing, but the shipment is worrisome.
